HISTORY
GeneSys Rack Co., Ltd.
established in November, 1999. In order to expand business demand, GeneSys
re-organized its construction to GeneSys Rack Corporation in October, 2003.
Since 1999, we have been devoting ourselves on 19" rackmount server chassis
manufacture with professional experience in order to meet the market
requirement. Since 1989, the major management staff of GeneSys Rack designed
the first pioneer 19" rackmount chassis for some well-known public companies
in the market, and became the first designer and manufacturer of IPC in
Taiwan since 1989, and acquired the recommendation and approvals from Intel
and AMD in the United States of America.

MANAGEMENT POLICY
Since establishment in 1999, GeneSys Rack has been following the policy
"stand behind customers" and "we make what you need, we deliver what we
promised" to serve various customers in the world. Based on the forever
management policy, GeneSys Rack is capable of OEM and ODM R&D with full
energy in order to create the most professional rackmount server platform in
the market, and assist our valuable customers to be the market leader
position. The final target of our management policy is supporting our
customers to acquire the merits of product compatibility and flexibility,
and create the most efficient margins and profits for customers in the
world.
In order to keep new product development with high innovation, GeneSys Rack
always keeps the initial soul of establishing the company in the past, with
efficient hard-working thought day and night, present the best and newest
product to our valuable customers, to release a custom design, it takes 3
days to complete the drawing, 6 days to make prototype, 18 days for mass
production ready, standard procedure we identified as 3-6-18 policy.
For the market promotion and computer
exhibition, GeneSys Rack, as usual, keeps the policy "stand behind
customers", supports the maximum resource and support, dispatches the most
professional sales staff to the exhibition for assistance under customer's
company title or brand, and introduce the best product to the final end-user
or customers.
Based on the principle, GeneSys Rack, under no advertisement and no
exhibition by its own name and brand, assists its partners create the most
extended market and profits with customers together, as GeneSys Rack
believes, Customers' great achievement is equal to our glory.
FAST RMA SERVICE
1. The warranty for all product made by GeneSys
provides 3 year, the fast RMA procedure would be completed in two
weeks generally.
2. RMA shipping cost is all covered by GeneSys, including the shipping cost when
you return the faulty items to us or we
ship back the fixed items to your esteemed company.
3. In general scenarios, GeneSys would use DHL or UPS express no matter customer
returns the faulty items or we ship
back the fixed items, all using GeneSys account.
4. The warranty for all product that NOT made by GeneSys (for example, power
supply and other electronic
components...etc.) should follow the individual
manufacturer's policy, customer should cover the shipping cost by
themselves, GeneSys will still cover the shipping cost when
shipping the fixed items back to customers.

EQUIPMENT
GeneSys
Rack Taiwan headquarters united the office and factories into one position in
order to establish the well-conducted communication and education. Since
December of 2005, GeneSys Rack Taiwan has 35 colleagues, 3,300 square meters
space for all seven united factories, two automatic stream assembly lines, eight
cooperated CNC/NCT turret machines, traditional 10~250 ton wheel press up to 25
set.
GeneSys Rack China Ningbo branch also united the
office and factories into one position together. Since December of 2005, there
are totally 150 employees, 16,500 square meters space for 1~5 floors of
building, three automatic stream assembly lines, three CNC/NCT turret machines
by its own, traditional 10~250 ton wheel press up to 15 set, auto-painting line

Personnel /
human resource are the most important property at GeneSys Rack. Through years,
we invited the most professional staff, concentrated the most sincere mind
toward to the company, established the most comfortable working environment,
collected the most powerful team differ from our competitors, learned the most
elegant, honest team work thought, taught them pure spirit on the development
and manufacture in order to reach the consensus and agreement from various
customers in the world.
GeneSys Rack's colleagues are almost around 21~40
years old, the average age is 32 years old at our company. Because of this
characteristics, we own the most experienced, and creative young colleagues
working together, develop the most wonderful product for our customer's demand,
and as a result of this merit, GeneSys has been authorized various international
patents in the world.
With a view to the education training and request, GeneSys Rack have all
colleagues absorb the newest information and market activity from the world,
through the teach on line system, pass the newest concept to all colleagues. For
the product specification and design we made, set up more critical channel and
keep the product as smarter and better as we can every day. Exceeding self
limitation becomes the most important target and energy source, in doing this,
GeneSys Rack presents the most perfect product to its partners in the world.
For the operating system we are using now, our computer system uses
dual-processor platform as our standard equipment for all staff, and update all
devices to be faster system annually, combining the server database construction
we made, it enhances our working efficiency to the best status. Regarding the
environment for daily working, we created the most comfortable management
similar as a big family at GeneSys Rack.
